Dear Members and Friends of the Zimbabwe German Society / Goethe Zentrum Harare,
We are pleased to cordially invite you to our 36th Annual General Virtual Meeting, which will be held on Friday, the 20th of November 2020 at 1600hrs via Zoom. This invitation is extended to you by the incoming ZGS/ GZH Chairperson Regina Feindt, on behalf of the Board of the ZGS/ GZH.
Due to the nation wide lockdown and Covid-19 regulations we were unable to have the meeting in March as previously advertised, however we would like to try the virtual route as we are unable to host it in person. Your participation at this meeting is highly appreciated as we rely on your feedback and suggestions as valuable input for the continuous improvement of the ZGS/ GZH’s programmes and offers.
This year we will also elect new Board members, we will inform you in the next weeks about the Board positions which need to be filled. Suitably qualified candidates with the required professional background can apply for the vacant positions on the ZGS/ GZH Board. Information on the application and nomination process can be obtained from the ZGS/ GZH reception.
Please feel free to register or renew your ZGS/ GZH membership with our reception virtually at any time before the AGM.
